Jean-Pierre Dargent’s Fabrique Gourmande, located in Arras city centre.
In June 2006, Jean-Pierre Dargent, former owner of the restaurant La Faisanderie (awarded in Michelin, Gault & Millau, Bottin Gourmand, Pudlowski et Champerard guides) decided to create his cooking workshop at the 30 rue Emile Legrelle, Arras, where the BOYAVAL store especially designed a kitchen space made for exceptional recipes.
The classes are appropriate to all levels of experience, so as to :
- Discover or rediscover the pleasure of cooking
- Use everyday ingredients to cook original recipes
- Test unusual marriages of tastes
- Share conviviality and experience
